Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

No refunds can be given within 48 hours of procedure, this includes on the day and any period of time after a procedure.

Any refund requests before 48 hours may be accepted, in this case up to 50% of the deposited amount may be refunded.

 

Refunds cannot be given for reasons including: 

  • You do not like the end result.

  • You were not able to complete the procedure for any reason.

  • You changed your mind on the day.

  • You failed to arrive (including being up to 30 minutes late) resulting in the procedure not being able to be completed.
