Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy
No refunds can be given within 48 hours of procedure, this includes on the day and any period of time after a procedure.
Any refund requests before 48 hours may be accepted, in this case up to 50% of the deposited amount may be refunded.
Refunds cannot be given for reasons including:

You do not like the end result.

You were not able to complete the procedure for any reason.

You changed your mind on the day.

You failed to arrive (including being up to 30 minutes late) resulting in the procedure not being able to be completed.
